Last month's most popular posts make me wish I had more homegrown grapefruits, but I have plenty of exciting things coming up this month, too. Plus, plenty of stuff growing at home to keep me busy. I've mentioned it before, but I'm really considering pursuing a full-time seasonal eating schedule. Sometimes those kinds of creative boundaries open up a whole new set of opportunities that you hadn't thought of before, like when people have dietary restrictions and they're forced to get creative and way out of their comfort zone. I think that kind of thing is good for people, from time to time. Getting out of our comfort zones. Trying new things. Eating foods we'd never thought of before. I think to get a start on it, I'll plan on only shopping the farmer's market for a month, see what happens. I do have a few out of season, our of area foods to use up first, but after that, farmer's market and seasonal eating. I also need to go somewhere I haven't been this month and take pictures. It's always more comfortable to take pictures in places you're not from. It feels more normal that just shutter-bugging around your hometown. June goals: Farmer's markets and new places. Sounds like a plan. In the meantime, here are the top 10 posts for May.
